Welcome to the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) RPI Chapter! Whether you’re passionate about technology, engineering, or looking to expand your network in the field, IEEE offers endless opportunities for personal and professional growth. Follow this simple guide to become a member:

Step 1: Visit the IEEE Website

Go to the official IEEE website https://www.ieee.org to register for a global IEEE membership. As a student, you’ll be eligible for discounted membership rates.

1. Click on Join IEEE in the top right corner.
2. Click on Join as a student.
3. Select Student Membership.
4. Complete the registration process by filling in your personal information and selecting your membership type.

Step 2: Join IEEE RPI on Campus

After completing your registration online, get involved with the RPI IEEE Chapter on campus. Here’s how:

1. Attend Our Meetings: We hold general body meetings regularly, where we discuss upcoming projects, workshops, and events. These meetings are great for meeting fellow students and getting involved in exciting initiatives.

2. Participate in Events: Whether it’s a technical workshop, a lecture series, or a social event, attending IEEE RPI events will help you connect with peers and industry professionals while developing valuable skills.

IEEE RPI offers multiple ways to get involved beyond regular meetings:
