I'm a PhD student in the Intelligent Systems Lab at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where I was supervised by Prof. Qiang Ji. Previously, I received a MS in Music Acoustics and Signal Processing from University of Rochester and a BE in Optoelectronics from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
My research centers on the incorporation of domain knowledge and the exploration of probabilistic modeling to pioneer state-of-the-art systems for understanding human behaviours. This encompasses diverse domains, including biometrics, activity recognition, human dynamics modeling, as well as monocular 3D human body and hand reconstruction.
