The command line to assemble programs for the 56303 is as follows:

asm56300 -ab<filename> <filename.asm>

After the file is assembled you must add a .cld to the end of the file.

the file is downloaded to the processor using the Debugger.  The details of this 
are in the users manual for the 56303.
